Our ethos is reflected in our design language, where we prominently use an element called ‘The Portal to Greatness.’ The series of blue and yellow rectangles denotes the various paths to greatness and being a lifelong learner. In addition, the vibrant colours signify our passion and enthusiasm. We are committed to helping you graduate from campus to corporate, while having fun!

Our Journey So Far

In this ever-evolving world, Corporate Gurukul’s journey is one of continuous growth and transformation – from its birth in Singapore to now spreading its wings to twenty countries. What started as life skills enhancement and employability training interventions, has graduated into academic internships and immersions for pre-university and university students. Corporate Gurukul now offers several niche applied learning and research programmes designed and run in association with the National University of Singapore and the Nanyang Technological University along with Hewlett Packard and Amazon as industry partners.

Rajesh Panda

Founder and Managing Director, Corporate Gurukul

Rajesh Panda has over 26 years of experience in start-up operations, executive management, enterprise sales and marketing, fund raising and strategic execution that includes several MNCs in India and Singapore and early-stage companies like Corporate Gurukul (CG).

Rajesh is the Founder and Managing Director of Corporate Gurukul, a global ed-tech venture headquartered in Singapore, which focuses on applied experiential learning for high school students and undergraduates. He conceptualized CG to transform learning and make education more relevant to people and society. He drives the company’s vision to holistically develop youth for life and careers by applying gurukul pedagogy. 

An alumnus of REC (now NIT), Rourkela, and SP Jain Mumbai, he worked with corporates like HCL Hewlett Packard, Wipro and Mckinsey. After working with three new-age start-ups in Singapore, he co-founded Corporate Gurukul (CG) with his wife Radhika in 2007.

Rajesh is a National Talent Search (NTSE) scholar, gold medalist and best all-rounder from NIT Rourkela. He is an avid marathoner and among the top 5 NCC cadets of India. He is a National Junior Champion in 800 meters. He has been felicitated by the Prime Minister of India, Late Shri Rajiv Gandhi and President of India, Shri R Venkatraman. He is also the chairperson of the Higher Education Forum (HEF), Singapore Chapter.

Radhika Datar

Co-Founder, Corporate Gurukul

As the visionary Co-Founder and Head of the Schools at Corporate Gurukul, Radhika Datar has been the cornerstone of the organization since its dawn in 2007. With a wealth of experience for over 25 years across Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Entrepreneurship & Coaching, she's a powerhouse of transformational leadership.

Radhika's tenure at Procter & Gamble (P&G) spanned two glorious decades, orchestrating IT-led business transformations across Asia, cementing her legacy as a vanguard of technological and business acumen. Preceding P&G, she lent her engineering talents to Larsen & Toubro, pioneering in electrical engineering innovation. 

An IIT Kharagpur and SP Jain alumnus, her academic exploits are as legendary as her professional strides. As a Certified Coach, Radhika kindles the inherent potential within individuals, nurturing dreams into ambitious realities.

Her personal journey is as rich and diverse as her professional one—over two decades of cherished matrimony, the joys of motherhood with her daughters, and a passion for the classical cadences of Hindustani music. A lifelong student of yoga and meditation, Radhika embraces a holistic and vibrant lifestyle that is nothing short of inspirational.

Soumya Acharya

President, Corporate Gurukul

With over 25 years of experience, Soumya Acharya is a seasoned business leader who has built and scaled businesses across various sectors. He excels in establishing and leading growth strategies in diverse environments, having worked with both early-stage start-ups and large global organizations across diverse fields of healthcare, financial services and technology. Soumya's approach is guided by fundamental principles of focusing on radical thinking, team building, and innovation supported by robust processes.

His leadership is characterized by a partnership mindset, enabling him to establish trust and deliver win-win outcomes for customers and teams. Soumya has a deep understanding of business levers such as customer dynamics, people management, ecosystem and technology that enable implementing the right frameworks for sustainable growth.

Soumya is an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and completed his Graduation from the National Institute of Technology, Surathkal.
